We are a fun, fresh and motivating Health and Fitness Studio based in Cornubia, Loganholme, Queensland, Australia and run our unique Boot Camps and Yoga classes in Tallebudgera on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia. We specialise in all areas of training including Personal Training, Boot Camps, Yoga, Kickboxing, Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Nutrition, Mindset, Life Coaching, Pilates, Core Strengthening and Cardio Fitness Training.

Fresh Fitness Personal Training

Because everyone’s goals and objectives are different, all of our personal training sessions and nutrition plans are tailored to your exact needs. This ensures that you acheive your goals faster and enjoy the process of training to look and feel your best.

We train people of all levels of ability, from professional athletes to everyday people who want to tone up and increase their strength and fitness.

We believe that what you do outside of your sessions is just as important as what you do in your sessions, so all of our personal training packages include constant help with your nutrition and home training programs to keep you on track when you are outside the studio.

Fresh Fitness Boot Camps

Our Boot Camps are fun, fresh and motivating, and guaranteed to get you results! Our Boot Camps run from 6-12 weeks and are specifically designed to strengthen and tone every part of your body.

Our Boot Camps combine the ultimate mix of strength and cardio circuits, kickboxing, boxing, self defense, yoga core strengthening and flexibility training so that you become fitter, faster, stronger and more flexible than ever before.

Our Boot Camp sessions are designed to cater for all levels of ability, and each session is designed to build muscle, burn fat and re-shape your body in a fun, fresh and motivating environment.

Included with our Boot Camps is personalised help with your nutrition and home training programs, so you will have everything you need to make a fresh start and transform your body to look and feel your best.

Fresh Fitness Nutrition and Home Training Programs

At Fresh Fitness we know that what you put in to your body has just as much impact on your results as your training does.

There is a lot of misleading information out there about nutrition, healthy eating and training techniques, which is why all of our Training sessions, programs and packages include personalised nutritional support and Home Programs to ensure that you achieve the best results possible and have access to the right information to achieve your goals.

Fresh Fitness Mixed Martial Arts

At Fresh Fitness, all of our trainers are qualified Kickboxing and Boxing Instructors, so you can now learn valuable self defense skills whilst achieveing your goals in your Personal Training and Boot Camp sessions.

If you are interested in specialised Mixed Martial Arts training, our trainer Shea Webb has specialised MMA experience in Muai Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Grappling, Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Fresh Fitness Yoga and Pilates

Our Fresh Fitness Yoga & Pilates Classes and private tuition are designed to help you tone up, strengthen your core, de-stress, connect with your mind, body and spirit, while also rehabilitating any injuries.
