    Our Fresh Fitness Yoga Course is specifically designed to help you get more flexible, fit, toned, and looking and feeling your absolute best!

    Utilising a unique blend of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, mixed with Pilates Core Strengthening and different forms of Pranayama Breathing, Chakra Cleansing and Meditation, our Yoga Classes are designed to reconnect your mind, body and spirit in a fun, fresh and peaceful environment.

     

    Fresh Fitness Yoga Classes are the relaxing way to get more flexible, fitter, stronger and more toned every week.

     

    Our specialised Yoga Courses run for a 6 – 12 week period as we find by committing to a series of classes which build upon the next each week helps you get the most out of your practice and brings about best results and transformation possible. Many of our participants chose to continue on after this period and integrate Yoga as a part of their every day life.

     

    Our Yoga courses are specifically designed to help you progress each week, so you will always know what to do and get the best results possible.

     

    It doesn’t matter what your current level of ability is; whether you are doing Yoga for the first time or have years of experience. Our clients range from people who have never done Yoga before, to people with an advanced Yoga practice of over 10 years.

    What if I have never done Yoga before, or if I am at a different level to the other people in the group?

    Our Fresh Fitness Yoga Courses are specially designed to cater for all levels of ability, from the absolute beginner to the advanced. We have people of all levels of fitness in our Yoga Courses, ranging from people who have never done yoga before to people who have years of experience. No matter what your current level is you will be challanged to your full potential and all levels of ability are welcomed and encouraged.

    How is this Yoga course different from other Yoga classes?

    Sometimes when people join in to one Yoga class here or there for example at a gym, they don’t get the full benefit that Yoga brings through regular weekly practice with the same teacher helping them each week. Our 12 week yoga course has the same teacher and participants each week for the duration of the course, to help you feel comfortable and confident for the duration of the course. It is specifically designed to ensure that you are progressing each week and always know what to do correctly to get the best results. From attending our yoga course you will have the skills and the knowledge to attend any yoga class with confidence or do your own home yoga practice with ease for the rest of your life.

    Do I need to pay upfront or can I pay installments?

    You need to pay a deposit to secure your place in our Yoga Course, however you can pay upfront or by installments, just ask us about our different payment options when you register.

    What are the different payment options?

    To register you can pay by direct deposit or transfer into bank account, by credit card by clicking the ‘Register Now’ button or in person at our studio. Once you have registered we will organise a time for you to complete your medical questionnaire and registration forms at our studio.
