    There is always an advanced Boot Camp instructor at every session to make sure you are using correct technique at all times and to answer any questions that you have.

    Our advanced Boot Camp instructors Carlie and Shea Webb have over 10+ years experience training people from athletes to every day people to be at their best.

    They are fully qualified Advanced Boot Camp Instructors, Personal Trainers, Yoga Instructors, Kickboxing and Boxing Instructors, and our Instructor Shea also has his 2nd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, Black Singlet in Muay Thai Kickboxing and his Blue Belt in Brazilian Jujitzu.

    This results in you always having expert advice, and learning the proper techniques whilst getting fit, and you will also learn valuable self defense skills throughout the bootcamps that will last you a lifetime.

    What if I am not as fit as the rest of the group?

    Fresh Fitness Boot Camps are specially designed to cater for all levels of strength and fitness, from the beginner to the elite. We have people of all levels of fitness in our boot camps, ranging from people who have never trained before to professional athletes. All levels of ability are challenged to their personal limits, and everyone is welcomed and encouraged.

    Will there be a lot of running?

    Our Boot Camps do incorporate running as it is a great way to get fit and lose weight, however you will not be running for the entire Boot Camp session. Each session is designed as “Challenge by Choice”, so you can have a break at any time. You can still participate in Boot Camp if you are unable to run as we can individually tailor the sessions to suit. However, many participants who could not run when they first started Boot Camp can now run easily after completing their first Boot Camp.

    What kinds of exercises and activities will I be doing?

    All of the activities and exercises are designed in a fun and motivating way. From strength training circuits, to kickboxing, boxing, yoga core strengthening, flexibility, and circuits, every session is completely different to keep the training sessions fun and enjoyable!

    How is this different to other Boot Camps?

    Fresh Fitness Boot Camps are exclusive and only run a couple of times per year, and allow only a specific number of people per Boot Camp to ensure that each participant gets the best results.

    There is an advanced instructor at every session ensuring that you are using the correct technique at all times, so that you avoid injuries and so that you achieve the best results and transformation possible.

    What if it is dark or raining, will the sessions still take place?

    Our Boot Camp location is a great place to train with a massive fully lighted undercover area for when it is dark or raining, so training sessions will always take place every week place rain, hail or shine!

    Do I need to pay upfront or can I pay by installments?

    You will need to pay a deposit to secure your place in the Boot Camp. However you can pay upfront or by installments, just ask us about our payment options when you register.

    What are the different payment options?

    You can pay by direct deposit or transfer into bank account, or online by credit card, or by cash or cheque in person at our studio. Once you have registered we will organise a time with you to complete your medical questionnaire and registration forms at our studio, and book a time with you to complete your before measurements and photos.
