5 Tips To Get Ripped

We have had so many people calling us about training and our programs because we are into Spring now. With only a few months left in the year we highly recommend doing our Boot Camp, Ripped Program, or booking in for private sessions to get in the best shape possible and finish the year on a high.

For those of you joining us here are some of our top 5 tips for getting ripped and the best results possible:

1. Follow your Diet Plan. Give your body the best nutrient dense foods and supplements it can get. Follow the meal plans, shopping and supplement lists in the program. Training naturally you need to make sure you’re making the most of nutrient timing and by giving your body the right things at the right times you achieve faster results with less struggle. Our clients who get the best results always bring in their nutrition sheets each week. They know that consistency is key and progress is more important then perfection. Each step in the right direction gets you closer to your goal.


2. Training. Show up to your sessions to get in the best shape possible. You need to allow your body time to build the foundations of fitness and strength so that you progress naturally instead of burning out in the first week. People who get the best results follow the program consistently and take each week step by step. Each workout is designed as Challenge by Choice so that you can maintain consistency even when you have had a big day or not feeling ‘your best’. It is about showing up and giving your best for that day – consistently. That will give you the edge!


3. Keep your mindset strong and focused on your ideal outcome. This is why we are so passionate about mindset and complete each Boot Camp session with a short visualization exercise and meditation. The mind controls the body when we maintain a focused mindset we achieve our goals a lot faster.


4. You must put in the effort and complete your training sessions so that as you lose body fat, your muscles tighten and tone up creating that ripped athletic look. You have probably heard us say that getting Ripped is about following the Recipe, for example if you were given a recipe for a chocolate cake you wouldn’t just decide to throw bacon in there — and that is what some people do when they try to ‘change’ the recipe and reinvent the wheel. When you are paying for professional advice just stick to what works and you will succeed!


5. Your health is your greatest asset. Always remember that throughout your life, things will always pop up to throw you off balance. Keeping your health and mindset in check is like your foundation which helps every other area of your life. When you fully grasp and embrace this you can have the body your have always dreamed of and that success personal empowerment has a ripple effect throughout your whole life. So give yourself the gift of time, (even just 10 minutes a day to do your visualisations and meditation and 2 Boot Camp sessions or Ripped workouts per week) and it is something you will never regret, especially as you get older.
