Client Inspiration – Tony and Brendan

Often “getting started” is the hardest part – and that is exactly what these legends Tony and Brendan did less than 4 weeks ago, and now they are powering ahead towards there goals!!

Tony and Brendan have bothput in 100% in their PT sessions with us and

Tony has lost an incredible 10 kilos in 3.5 weeks and Brendan has lost an incredible 8.2 kilos in 4 weeks!!!!

We love seeing the comradery between you guys and how you inspire and motivate each other!!!

Well done and keep up the awesome work, you are both an inspiration!!

Inspirational Transformations – Rachelle and Matt

Matt and RachelleA big congratulations to our team members Rachelle and Matt Larkin who have achieved amazing results with us this year at our Boot Camps and PT.

Earlier in the year Rachelle phoned us up as they wanted to do something to get their health and fitness back on track. Looking back now it has been amazing to see them both get fitter and stronger every week, they have both toned up so much; increased their muscle and strength, and burnt fat, Rachelle has run her first half marathon 21km’s and lost 5kg and Matt has lost over 15+ kilos!

Rachelle and Matt have such a positive attitude and always give 110% effort in to their training and are such an inspiring part of our team.

We love seeing couples get fit together as it is such a great synergy and has such a huge impact on their lives.

Inspirational Transformations Lisa

A huge congratulations to our amazing team member Lisa who has completely transformed her fitness and strength and lost a total of over 14 Kilos while doing Boot Camp with us over the last few months!!

We are so honoured to be a part of Lisa’s amazing transformation and this incredible woman is such an inspiration!

Lisa is a busy Mum of three children under three years old, she is always positive and consistent with her training, improving each and every week and setting such a positive role model for her three children.

Not only has Lisa lost weight but she has completely transformed her fitness, strength and mindset. She is always positive and shows up to training with a smile on her face no matter what she is going through in her life. Lisa is living proof that you can be empowered and take your health and fitness into your own hands no matter how busy you are!!

Well done Lisa; you are amazing and we are so proud of you and all that you have achieved and know that this is just the beginning; with your positive mindset your healthy habits will be long-lasting!!

“I remember when I first started I told myself I’ll just do the one season of boot camp but after the first two weeks I already became addicted and was looking forward to continuing on to which is now my second boot camp. I have lost 14 kgs since then and my health,fitness nutrition is the best it’s ever been. I highly recommend Shea and Carlies boot camps the support, encouragement and motivation they give is incredible. They genuinely care about you and are so knowledgeable and work together so well as trainers and a couple. They make fitness fun and exciting and believe in you. I never thought I could ever do the things I can now. My favourite part is the boxing ” Lisa

We are so proud of our client Craig who is an absolute legend.

So many people make excuses not to keep their health and fitness in check which is why we are so inspired by Craig, who runs a full time company and is a husband and father of 4 young children.

Craig’s health, fitness and strength and body shape has dramatically changed over his time training with us. And he always puts in 100% effort at his PT and Boot Camp sessions, powering ahead and consistently advancing his skills.

 

Craig has been training with us for over 2 years now and it is always a pleasure to see him advance and progress each week; he is an inspiration!

“I have been training with Shea for over two years now and before I started with Shea I thought I would be the last person to have done Personal Training sessions for over 2 years. Before I started training with Shea I used to see personal trainers at the gym and think I would not pay that guy to train me, he doesn’t appear to know much or even look like he has had much success training himself.

I was sceptical on all personal trainers but I thought I would give it a go with Shea after I met him through work and he seemed very enthusiastic. Training with Shea opened up a new world away from the traditional gym work out I was practicing for years.

 

Offering a wealth of knowledge and experience across all areas of training techniques, nutritional advice and mental training. Shea is a role model trainer who lives and breathes health and fitness and has a positive attitude toward life, training and helping people progress at all levels.

 

Shea inspired me to quit smoking after 20 years and has helped me to improve my lifestyle, strength and fitness levels significantly.

 

Thanks to Shea I have also learnt a number martial arts techniques and skills and practice these regularly with him. His knowledge across all areas of martial arts is very extensive and impressive.

Inspirational Transformations – Adam

We are wishing Adam all the best for his exciting new adventures in Dubai!!

Adam has been training with us for over two years now, he is an amazing person and it has been a pleasure to have him at our Boot Camps and Personal Training sessions. We are really going to miss seeing you every week at the studio!

Adam is always positive and puts in 110% effort into every session and trains at an elite level. After starting out from scratch he has advanced dramatacally in every area of his training, while always loving and embracing every minute!

Adam has even just started mastering the super advanced “muscle up” with Shea.

Inspirational Transformations – Kerri

We are so honoured to be a part of such an amazing and inspirational transformation journey with Kerri!! 🙂

From Day 1 Kerri has been proactive, positive, disciplined, determined and in less than 4 months has achieved amazing results. She has not only reached her goals, but kept going and set new goals, continuing to move forward and has completely transformed her healthy habits, lifestyle, mind, body and spirit.

In her Personal Training with Carlie Kerri lost 6 Kilos in her first 6 weeks, then went on to lost 12.5 Kilos by the time of writing her story below, and has now lost a total of 14.5 Kilos by the time we are now publishing this blog post!! (By the time you are reading this she has probably smashed another goal!!) 🙂

You are amazing Kerri, we are so proud of your awesome results, you are a total inspiration and we know that with your positive attitude and exceptional mindset that your new new healthy habits and lifestyle will be long lasting, this is just the beginning!!

Read on for Kerri’s story below:

 

“My name is Kerri – 4 months ago I was at a low point. Overweight, bad diet, unhappy about my appearance and lacking energy for my 3 and a half year old. I needed a change, it was something I had been thinking about for some time, just didn’t know where to start. My sister rang Fresh Fitness and talked to Carlie to tell her of my situation (because I was too scared). Carlie was completely understanding and told her to tell me to come in for a chat. To which I did and from that day, my life changed completely.

My excuse was always the same. How am I going to fit any exercise in to my day? “I’m a full time working mother to a 3 year old and a wife, I don’t have time for that!!” Now I need to do something every day. 1 Hour of exercise out of my day and I feel so much happier, more energised and it’s just a part of everyday now.

Training with Carlie is the best thing I ever started. She is friendly, helpful, fun & motivating – we share recipes and the exercise is always varied and I walk away feeling like I’ve had a great work out. Thanks to her help, I have lost (so far) 12 Kgs. In addition to the exercise, Carlie has helped me with my diet changes, made me start having breakfast and generally gives me great advice and direction to which I follow.

As a lover of all things fashion, I can once again fit in to nice clothes, my family and I have a new healthy diet and I have lots of energy to run around with my son. I am very grateful for the help I’ve had from Carlie and Shea and am looking forward to training and learning even more from them in the future.”

Inspirational Transformations – Adele

Well done to our Boot Camp member Adele who has lost over 12kilos at our last Boot Camp which is double what she set out to achieve, and is now fitter, stronger, healthier and at her lowest weight even before her first pregnancy. Adele has such a positive energy and it has been a pleasure to see her amazing results and inspirational transformation! Well done Adele!!

Read on for Adele’s story…

“I signed up for my first boot camp with Fresh Fitness in September, having given birth to my second child 6 months earlier. My brother and his fiancĂ©e had completed a number of Fresh Fitness boot camps and I had witnessed their incredible results first hand, so when I wanted to regain some core strength and fitness (and hopefully lose some more of the weight I’d gained during my pregnancy) I decided to give boot camp a go.

I have never been very athletic, and I was hesitant and nervous going along for the first time, but Carlie and Shea were so supportive and encouraging and they facilitate such a friendly environment that I immediately felt at ease. Their ‘challenge by choice’ philosophy meant that I could take things at my own pace, but at the same time their encouragement compelled me to push myself further. I found Shea and Carlie to be very accessible. They were only too willing to provide guidance with regards to nutrition and exercise and I found, as I followed their instructions, the weight started to come off. I began to look forward to the sessions and enjoyed the fact that each night was something different.

Fast forward 12 weeks and I am feeling stronger, fitter and happier. I have lost 12kgs which is double what I set out to lose and has me at my lowest weight since before my first pregnancy. I am so grateful to Carlie and Shea for the incredible service that they provide and I found that I enjoyed the sessions so much that I’ve signed up for the next boot camp and can’t wait to take my journey further.” Adele Prickett

Congratulations to Guy who has been training with Shea and has lost over 12.4 kilos in the past 9 weeks!!

Guy was given a Fresh Fitness gift voucher for his birthday by his wife Gabrielle.

At 58 years of age, Guy has excelled himself. Always up for a challenge, and ready to get to the next level.

 

Here is his story below…

“I was given a Fresh Fitness Gift voucher for my 58th Birthday by my wife due to her concern for my wellbeing.

At the time I carried a few extra kilos weighing in at 102.4 kilos and my fitness had deteriorated to the point I was finding it difficult to walk any distance or up any incline without laboured breathing, my blood sugars were elevated along with my cholesterol levels and blood pressure.

I finally decided to act on the gift voucher after a couple of weeks of procrastinating and was introduced to my personal trainer Shea.

After the introductory session I decided to take up a 12 session plan where I was introduced to a training regime and a balanced diet plan by Shea.

I have been training with Shea for 9 weeks and in that time my fitness level and strength has increased considerably and my weight has dropped to 90kg being 2/3 rds of the way to my goal, with the added benefit of muscle gain, normal blood sugar count, lowered cholesterol levels and an excellent blood pressure reading.

To begin with the exercise and diet plans seemed daunting but now are second nature, my experience training at Fresh Fitness has been enjoyable and I appreciate the encouragement and personal guidance I have received from Shea over the initial few weeks and I am looking forward to further training at Fresh Fitness to achieve my next goal.”

Client Transformations – Natasha

Congratulations to Fresh Fitness client Natasha who has been doing Personal Training with Ellyse for the last 6 months and achieved awesome results!

Here is her story below:

“I started training with Ellyse about 6 months ago and as a mother of three who hadn’t done any regular exercise in a long time, I was very apprehensive about my first session.

Ellyse put me at ease straight away and I left my first session feeling proud of what I was able to do and also a little bit sick!!!

During our training sessions, Ellyse seemed to intuitively know how hard she could push me while always making sure that I was successful during each session.

I also started doing Pilates with Ellyse which was great to calm my mind and move my body in a different way to what we did during our sessions.

When I started PT I wanted to lose weight and tone my body. But, Ellyse has given me more than that – she gave me confidence in what my body is capable of doing and a new found pleasure in regular exercise.

I am now working out 3 times a week and have completed 2 fun runs in the last 6 months – something I had always wanted to do but I had never felt I would be able to do.

Thanks Ellyse for your hard work, dedication, encouragement and support!!!”
